Welcome to the official website of Mayor's Military Mission, also known as Triple M, ("Triple M," "we," "our," or "us"). Triple M is a volunteer committee dedicated to supporting veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. We operate under the financial sponsorship of Sandy Coor VFW Post 1433, a registered 501(c)(19) nonprofit organization.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any related services we provide online. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site.

 

1. Use of Website
This website is intended for general informational, educational, and community engagement purposes only. You agree to use the site in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

Triple M accepts donations through Sandy Coor VFW Post 1433, which serves as our financial pass-through organization. All donations are handled by Sandy Coor VFW Post 1433 and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Donors should be aware that:

• Donations are generally non-refundable

• Your financial information is handled securely through a third-party processor; we do not store full payment information

• You may request a donation receipt/invoice by contacting us or Sandy Coor VFW Post 1433

4. Event Participation and Registration
Triple M hosts and participates in public and private events throughout the year. Event registration may be required for certain activities. By registering or attending an event as an attendee, volunteer, sponsor, guest, etc, you acknowledge that:

• Your name and contact information may be collected for event communications

• Photos or videos may be taken during events and used in promotional or social media materials, and are owned by the individual Triple M members

• You participate at your own risk and agree to follow event rules or instructions from organizers

Our use of any personal information you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your information as described in that policy.

This includes any claims resulting from negligence, action, or inaction, breach of contract, or any other legal theory. You understand that Triple M may not provide any form of insurance coverage for volunteers or participants, and you assume full responsibility for your own health, safety, and property while participating. This waiver of liability applies regardless of whether Triple M or Sandy Coor VFW Post 1433 carries insurance coverage for such events, meetings, or activities. You expressly agree that the presence or absence of insurance does not create any liability for the Released Parties. You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of your involvement with Triple M or Sandy Coor VFW Post 1433, including but not limited to any acts or omissions by the Released Parties.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Triple M, Sandy Coor VFW Post 1433, and their officers, directors, volunteers, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the website or its content

• Your participation in any event, volunteer activity, or service coordinated or supported by Triple M

• Your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations

• Your negligent, reckless, or intentional misconduct

• Any breach of warranties, representations, or agreements made by you

• This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your use of the website or your involvement with Triple M.

Some events, volunteer activities, or programs supported or coordinated by Triple M may involve physical exertion, outdoor activities, or other risks that could cause injury or illness. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for assessing your own physical condition and ability to safely participate in these activities.

You agree to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before engaging in any physical or strenuous activity if you have any health concerns or pre-existing conditions. Triple M, VFW Post 1433, and their affiliates disclaim any responsibility for injuries or health issues that may arise from participation.

By participating in Triple M events or volunteering, you grant Triple M, VFW Post 1433, and their authorized representatives the right to take and use photographs, video, or other media of you for promotional, educational, or informational purposes without compensation.

We may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
